Leadership Program Scholarships
To be eligible for these scholarships, you must be currently admitted to UVU, have submitted transcript(s) (either High School if just graduated or college if transferred), and have
submitted ACT or SAT scores (if applicable). Most of the scholarships, highlighted within this web site and the many others not mentioned require the Comprehensive Online Scholarship Application.There are a few scholarships that do NOT require the Comprehensive Online Scholarship Application, but it would be to the benefit for the student to complete and submit the online form. Highlighted Scholarships
Honors
University Honors Scholarships has additional requirements and a application that needs to be completed and submitted to the Honors Department. Link to application is located on the online scholarship application in Part II.- This award is a partial housing award.
- If retention criteria are met, this scholarship is renewable for an additional year.
- Residents and Non-Residents may apply.
- Must specifically select this scholarship by checking the Honors scholarship checkbox in Part II of the online scholarship application
- GPA required 3.5 or above.
- ACT of 25 generally required.
Presidential Leadership (housing) Scholarship
Center for the Advancement of Leadership has additional requirements and online application form required.- This award is a partial housing award.
- If retention criteria are met, this scholarship is renewable for an additional year.
- This scholarship is for incoming freshman, transfer, and continuing students with less than 90 credit hours obtained at UVU.
- Residents and Non-Residents may apply.
- Must specifically select this scholarship by checking the Presidential Leadership Housing checkbox in Part II of the online scholarship application.
- GPA required 3.0.
Technical Leadership
Center for the Advancement of Leadership has additional requirements and application form.- Must specifically select this scholarship by checking the Technical Leadership checkbox in Part II of the online scholarship application.
- Student must submit a one page essay through the online scholarship application telling about your greatest challenge, how you navigated through, and why you would be a good investment for The Center for the Advancement of Leadership.
