Definition of a RESIDENT CONTINUING STUDENT
You are considered a Utah Resident Continuing Student if one of the following applies
- You meet the definition of a Utah Resident, have graduated from high school, and have
completed 12 credit hours at Utah Valley University since graduating high school.
- You meet the definition of a Utah Resident, have transferred, and completed 12 credit
hours at Utah Valley University since transferring.
If you are a student who is enrolled in at least 12 credit hours for Fall semester,
you are considered a continuing student, and should complete the continuing student
To be considered for the most scholarship opportunities, complete the Scholarship
Application. You can apply for all scholarships you are interested in. You may be
required to provide an essay or additional information. Scholarships will be awarded
based on the availability of funds.
Scholarship Application Deadline: March 1st
