Transfer students are students that have attended another college after graduating from high school and have completed 12 or more credit hours at the other college, but are new to UVU.
UVU has scholarships to award from several areas on campus that take into consideration a wide range of criteria. Scholarships are awarded on a yearly or semester-to-semester basis. To be considered for most scholarships, applicants must be admitted to UVU and provide the Admissions & Registration Office with a copy of college grade transcript(s) and complete the online comprehensive Scholarship Application ('Apply Now' button) by the February 1 deadline (with the exception of the Academic Merit Scholarship which has the deadline of May 15). Your application will not be considered complete until all requirements are met. Applications received after the deadline will receive second priority consideration.
