If You are in an Accident

Instructions
  • Notify the Police, Sheriff or Highway Patrol immediately.
  • Obtain an accident report from the police.
  • Submit copies of the accident report to:
    • Joe Marrott, Foundation Building, mailcode: 250
    • Barbara Young, Planning Center, mailcode: 156
  • Obtain from each of the other drivers involved:
    • Name
    • Drivers license number
    • Insurance carrier and agent
    • Year, make, and model of the vehicle
    • License number
    • Home address
    • Home and work telephone numbers
  • Obtain from all witnesses:
    • Name
    • Home address
    • Home and work telephone numbers
  • Report all accidents immediately to:
    • Joe Marrott, Director of Risk Management, office: 863-7977 or cell: 420-7866
    • Barbara Young, Fleet Manager, Fleet Operations 863-8016 or cell 368-9205
  • Note: if an employee is involved in an accident or incident they will need to redo the Defensive Driving before they drive another campus vehicle.
