If You are in an Accident
Instructions
- Notify the Police, Sheriff or Highway Patrol immediately.
- Obtain an accident report from the police.
- Submit copies of the accident report to:

- Barbara Young, Planning Center, mailcode: 156
- Obtain from each of the other drivers involved:
- Name
- Drivers license number
- Insurance carrier and agent
- Year, make, and model of the vehicle
- License number
- Home address
- Home and work telephone numbers
- Obtain from all witnesses:
- Name
- Home address
- Home and work telephone numbers
- Report all accidents immediately to:
- Joe Marrott, Director of Risk Management, office: 863-7977 or cell: 420-7866
- Barbara Young, Fleet Manager, Fleet Operations 863-8016 or cell 368-9205

Note: if an employee is involved in an accident or incident they will need to redo the Defensive Driving before they drive another campus vehicle.
