Faculty Staff Campaign

The faculty and staff at UVU are very generous and supportive. The campus has a Faculty/Staff Campaign every September but gifts to the Faculty/Staff Campaign are accepted anytime during the year and for any area of the school. You decide where the money goes. All types of gifts are accepted for the Faculty/Staff Campaign, gifts in kind, cash, checks or payroll deduction. Most faculty and staff prefer to give by payroll deduction. By clicking on the Payroll Deduction Form (pdf), you will be linked to the form. Please print the form, fill in the information and sign it, and mail to Institutional Advancement, Mailstop 111.
