DIPLOMAS

Diplomas are mailed to graduates after final grades are reviewed and graduation requirements are verified as completed. This verification and posting process takes approximately 6-8 weeks after the end of each semester. Graduates who have holds on their records or owe money to UVU will not receive their diploma(s) until all holds are released and all debts are paid.

To check if your diploma has been mailed:
(Read all instructions prior to linking to UVLink)

1. Login to UVLink;
2. Click on the Student Tab;
3. Click on the Graduation and Diploma Status link (located in Finishing Your Education);
4. If mailed or picked up, a date will be listed in the Date Diploma Mailed or Picked Up column.

To access your Diploma Mailing Address in UVLink:

1. Login to UVLink;
2. Click on the Student Tab;
3. Click on the Personal Information link (located under Banner Services);
4. Click on View/Update Address(es) and Phone(s) link.

REISSUED DIPLOMAS

Previous graduates from UVU, UVSC, UVCC, etc. may order a new UVU diploma online through the Alumni Association web page. Reissued diplomas cost $25 each which must be paid during the online application process. There will be text on the diploma indicating that it is reissued.
