Under direct supervision of the Manager - Writing Center, the Writing Center Tutor Advanced - Academic Tutoring will assist the managers of the Academic Tutoring programs in daily use of software used in management and operation of the tutoring labs, specifically- Tutor Trac check-in database and NetTutor online tutoring platform.

Position Summary:
Essential Functions, Major Duties, and/or Accountabilities:
- Implements and uses all functions of Tutor Trac and NetTutor software that will enhance lab operations.
- Coordinate data feeds and report requests with IT.
- Run reports for lab managers.
- Assist in training lab personnel on software use.

Qualifications:
High School degree or equivalent and work experience in computer applications, relational databases, and web-based educational platforms.

Ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical personnel.

Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively for both short and longterm projects.

Ability to match software capability to lab needs.
