Under the supervision of the Director, the Advisor- Marketing & Scheduling CPCD will work with single parents, displaced homemakers, low-income and educationally disadvantaged populations' to promote UVU and Turning Point programs.

Organize and direct publicity outreach programs.

Design and implement fliers, promotional and marketing materials as well as the distribution.

Make promotional presentation to adult high schools, correctional facilities and private and community based organizations about UVU programs that are offered.

Advise nontraditional, returning students regarding career and educational choices and explains scholarships options to clients and students.

Assist students with UVU application process and administer career testing to help student focus on areas of interest.

Set up booths and displays to promote UVU and Turning Point programs.

Refer clients to community resources.

Schedule rooms for Turning Point classes.

Attend conferences in connections with job responsibilities.

Participate in committees assigned by the director and perform miscellaneous job related duties as assigned.

Graduation from an accredited institution with an associates degree and three years experience or a combination of education and experience totaling five years.
