Newly hired employees should attend the New Employee Orientation which provides information regarding general University policies and procedures, a comprehensive review of employee benefits for full-time employees and an overview of campus services and resources. New Employee Orientation is generally held the first working day of the month. To help employees prepare for orientation; we are providing the following information:

Location:	2013 New Employee Orientation Dates and Locations
Time:	8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (Full-time employees) 8:00 a.m. to 10:15 a.m. (Part-time employees)

 What to Bring:

• Something to write with
• I-9 documents, if you haven't completed your new hire paperwork.(See List of Acceptable 1-9 Documents)
• Copy of New Employee Checklist

Refreshments: A continental breakfast is sponsored by Utah Community Credit Union for all New Employee Orientation participants. Full-time employees attending the full-day session receive a lunch coupon complimentary of UVU Dining Services.

Parking: Park in designated employee lots with parking permit. If a new employee does not have a parking permit, park in visitor parking.
