Coaching is a critical skill for today's manager. With ever increasing pressure to do more with less, coaching can be a key to helping to reduce that pressure and make the most of your most valuable resource - people. Improve Workplace Performance through Coaching introduces participants to the skill of coaching and present a simple coaching model to approach workplace performance problems and create a supportive working environment. Participants will also initiate a simple self-improvement plan to further develop the concepts presented in the workshop.
