The International Center sponsors a New York Times Global Review every Thursday from 12:00 to 1:00 PM in WB 147. UVU faculty, staff, and students are welcome to attend and participate in lively and critical discussion about events covered in The New York Times.
Spring Semester Contest Rules:
Every Tuesday afternoon at 2:00 p.m. a trivia question will be posted at the International Center front desk, and on the International Center website and Facebook Page. The trivia question will come from that week’s Monday Edition of The New York Times. To enter the contest put your name, email address, and answer on a form available at the International Center, WB 147. All entries must be submitted in the trivia drop box in WB 147 by 12:00 p.m. on Thursday. All correct answers will be entered into a drawing held at the end of each New York Times Global Review discussion. Weekly winners will receive The New York Times paraphernalia. The contest begins January 17, 2012. There will be no questions the week of Spring Break. The Grand Prize winner will be revealed on April 12, 2012. Contest open to all UVU students.
Grand Prize Rules: An Apple iPad. All correct entries submitted during the Spring semester will be entered into a drawing to be held at the final New York Times Global Review.
Weekly winners will be drawn at the end of The New York Times: Global Review.
