An internship in Washington, DC is a great way to get job experience.  Our nation's capital has thousands of internships for every major out there.  Utah Valley University is sending students to the Washington, DC area every single semester and come back with with on the job experience to go along with their education.  Have the experience of a lifetime, build your resume, network with solid contacts, and gain the necessary knowledge and skills that will help jumpstart your career.



DC Housing

Housing is available at Crystal Plaza for UVU students doing internships in Washington DC.  The apartments are located right next to the metro stop and are just minutes away from downtown Washington DC!


Apartment Features: Fully furnished, two bedrooms, large kitchen, eating area, and living room (see
website below for additional pictures). UVU students will be living with other students from SUU,
Weber State, Utah State, and SUU. Each apartment houses 4-5 students.

Cost: Students can make one full payment of $2,600 for a 16 week internship or 4 payments of $650 a
month due on the 5th of each month. Payments should be made out to UVU.

Additional One-time Fees: A $100 refundable cleaning deposit (made payable to USU). A $100 nonrefundable administration fee (made payable to UVU) needs to be paid with the first month.
