The Center for the Advancement of Leadership’s goal is to provide students with an academic and practical leadership application that will prepare them to graduate with a diploma and a resume.

This course, MGMT 1250 Principles of Leadership, is designed to give an overview of leadership through 15 lessons that review the history and theory of leadership, as well as define and develop leadership skills through study, activities, readings, reflection, cases, and experiential application.
