The Center for the Advancement of Leadership’s goal is to provide students with an academic and practical leadership application that will prepare them to graduate with a diploma and a resume.

"The task of leadership is not to put greatness into people...

This course, MGMT 1250 Principles of Leadership, is designed to give an overview of leadership through 15 lessons that review the history and theory of leadership, as well as define and develop leadership skills through study, activities, readings, reflection, cases, and experiential application.

This page serves to support teachers and students who seek ideas to accompany leadership lessons.  If you'd like to help us, please email articles, website links, activities, and ideas that you have tried and tested to our Program Coordinator.  Please cite the sources of your ideas and include a short summary of how you have used them.  Additionally, please provide your name, title, and school.
