Facing Your Worst Fear
During the keynote presentation, students will learn to act and not react. Additionally, they will be encouraged to initiate conversations and overcome the fear of outside judgement. Students will learn to expect the best and learn to act with confidence by emulating personal heroes.

Suit Up: Tips for Staying Classy in a Competitive World
When your resume just is not enough, you need to learn how to step it up. In this breakout session, participants will learn how to dress to impress for interviews, work, business meetings, and other occasions.
The Courage to Lead
Too often people avoid leadership opportunities. This session talks about great leaders who stayed true to themselves and took difficult opportunities to exemplify true leadership.
True Leadership Comes from Acts of Service
In this session, Dr. Enriquez will stress the importance of education and service leadership in his life and talk about his ticket out of the "barrios" of Los Angeles. Students will learn that knowledge is Power, Confidence, and Freedom.
Step Up: The Leader's Dance
In this workshop participants will explore leadership principles through their actual participation in the dance style "Steppin." Participants will have the stewardship to teach others to awaken the servant-leader within.
If I Can Do It...Lesson from Kung Fu Panda
Po and Shifu can teach more than noodle-making and the Wuxi Finger Hold. In this session, students will discuss significant lessons on the resiliency humorously taught by these two lovable movie characters.
Student Leadership Does Make a Difference
Students of this session will learn to create caring climates at their schools. Student leaders will discuss the positive impact, inspiration, and influence they have over their peers.
Wrestling and Leadership
Ricky Lundell is an American Jiu-Jitsu player/Grappler, and Co-founder of UoG. The youngest American to earn a BJJ Black Belt, Ricky has worked with UFC/WEC fighters across North America.
How to Understand Culture and College Success
This session will help students understand our cultural maps in order to navigate their way through college. It will also help students understand how to build on the positive narratives and deconstruct the deficit ones.
In this session, students will explore how to turn unresolved conflict and other problems into solutions. Unresolved conflict and problems lead to bad feelings, lack of vision, and a lack of productivity.
Choices and the Rhythm of Life
Participants in this session learn vital leadership skills within a team and the power of choices through hands on drumming, interactive techniques, and memorable lessons that will help you to succeed as a leader.
Impact Grant Committee
Here, students need to come ready and prepared to learn how to use social media to stand up and represent themselves. Students will need smartphones and the courage to tweet their opinions.
How to Avoid Snatching Failure From the Jaws of Success
Out of near disaster, success is possible. This session will explore aspects of identifying team needs and making positive course corrections during planning and implementation of projects and events.
Brand or Be Branded! Write, Own, and Be Your Brand
Students will learn that they have a brand and they should be the one who determines it. In this session, participants will write their personal branding statement and discover the importance of living it.
Learn How to Communicate When the Stakes are High
Great leaders communicate well even when they have to deliver difficult news or find themselves in an unwanted conflict. Here, participants will discuss the secrets of communicating effectively when the stakes are high.

This engaging session will focus on cultivating a mindset that embraces challenge, adversity and failure as the gateway to the development of persistence, tenacity and resilience—indispensable traits for effective servant leadership.
