Specifically, the CAL focuses on self-awareness, personal and interpersonal skills training, leadership experience, mentoring, feedback, and self-reflection. If you are looking for that competitive edge, come to our next Master Mind session (the first Monday of each month during the academic year) and stay for the new-student orientation. Leadership Certification and YouThe CAL gives you the opportunity to participate in the Leadership Certification Program. This program provides you with new insights, skills, and hands-on leadership experiences with a focus on developing your entire self, not just your intellect. As a graduate of the Leadership Certification Program, you will receive a graduation medallion, special recognition on you college transcript, special recognition on your diploma, and a customized letter of recommendation. This certification demonstrates to future employers and graduate schools that you come pre-trained and ready to perform at higher levels than graduates who focus solely on academics. |
