As part of continued efforts to promote the new Utah Valley University (UVU) brand, the University Image Committee has developed secondary symbol/logo options for the various entities on campus. All colleges, schools, departments, programs, centers and other organizations on campus are required to use approved standard symbols/logos for all printed, electronic and any other forms of media.
The following order forms are designed to make your secondary symbol/logo choice easy and personal to your organization. Once your order has been received, the College Marketing & Communications Department will contact you and send your secondary symbol/logo via e-mail within seven working days from the date your order was submitted.

If you are representing one of the Colleges or Schools on campus, your standard symbol/logo has already been determined by the VP for Academic Affairs and Dean’s Council. The following is an example of what your symbol/logo will look like. Please fill in the blanks below to receive a personalized symbol/logo for your College or School:
The University Image Committee has determined options for you to choose from for your organization’s secondary symbol/logo. Below are some examples of what your symbol/logo could look like. (You will be given both a horizontal and vertical version of your symbol/logo) Once you have determined the style you like best, fill in the blanks below to submit your order and receive a personalized symbol/logo for your organization. Keep in mind that once you are satisfied with your symbol/logo choice, you will not be able to use a different one.
This will be your official secondary symbol/logo and cannot be changed.
File Format (check all needed):
* Low-resolution images are meant for Web/screen use. TIFF and EPS files are meant to be high resolution for print and other applications.
