Math Tutoring Locations

Math Lab (LA 201)

The main location for math tutoring is conveniently located in the Liberal Arts building, near most math classes.  Drop-in, individual, and online tutoring take place in the Math Lab.  Tutors are available for all math classes, including statistics.  Hours are listed here.

Calc & Stats Lab (LC 301)

Our best calculus and statistics tutors are available to serve all calculus, statistics, and, often, upper division math classes. Hours depend upon availability of tutors. Check at the Math Lab for current hours. The Calc & Stats Lab is open fall and spring semesters only.

Wolverine Crossing Apartments (Bldg G Community Room )

Tutors in the Tutoring Commons and Wolverine Crossing can assist with multiple subjects: math, science and writing. Hours depend upon availability of tutors. Schedules are available in the Math Lab. The Tutoring Commons and Wolverine Crossing are open fall and spring semesters only.

Math Computer Classroom (LA 004)

Tutors and computers - together - to serve students in MAT 090R, MAT 097R and all other students doing homework on MyMathLab. The schedule of Mon - Thurs 2 to 7 pm and Fri 9 am to 2 pm will start Fall 2010 semester.

Wasatch Campus (WC 202)

Located in the library of the Wasatch Campus. Tutors available for all math courses taught on the Wasatch Campus. Hours depend upon availability of tutors. See Michael Walker in the library for more information.
