Mission Statement

The MBA program graduates professionally competent leaders of integrity who possess complex and integrated real-world skills and experience developed through learning and engagement.

 

Vision Statement

The vision of the Master of Business Administration program is to become a practical, real, and relevant graduate program of choice by fostering engaged learning, scholarly and creative work, community outreach, and student success.

Program Goals

Critical Thinking

Graduates will be able to utilize appropriate procedures, frameworks, models, and experience to gain knowledge, solve problems, and make appropriate decisions based on various sources such as data, process analysis, written and verbal communication, and cretive thinking.

  • Students will use appropriate analytical techniques to identify business problems, generate and compare alternatives, and develop solutions.

Ethics

Graduates will be aware of their responsibility to behave ethically in their professional lives and in their interactions with clients, customers, employers, society, profession, environment, and community.

  • Students will demonstrated an awareness of a variety of ethical issues in their own personal and professional lives.
  • Students will demonstrate the ability to develop appropriate ethical decision-making strategies to resolve their own ethical issues and challenges.

Integrative Skills

Graduates will be able to integrate knowledge of business concepts across business disciplines.

  • Students will apply their integrative skills and knowledge to environments and complex business problems.
