Admissions Process

The MBA Graduate Committee at Utah Valley University is committed to selecting a diverse group of students. Beginning each fall, students will study all aspects of management—including accounting, leadership, marketing, economics, ethics, and social responsibility.

The part-time program is offered Tuesday and Thursday evenings and it is a two-year program.

The full-time program is offered during the day and it is a one-year program.

International students who require a student visa are able to apply for the full-time program.

Submitting your Application

Please go to the admissions website,, and select Graduate Admissions to complete the online application (or a pdf version of the MBA program application for International students only).

The first priority application deadline is February 1, 2014 and the second priority application deadline is April 1, 2014 for the fall 2014 cohorts.

The Woodbury School of Business reserves the right to accept applications beyond the deadline, if necessary, in order to achieve a full cohort of qualified applicants. International students that require a student visa must submit their application by March 1.

Admissions Decisions

Admissions decisions will be made after the first and second priority deadlines. Decisions are announced through the mail within a couple of weeks after the deadline. Students will be notified whether they are admitted, wait-listed, or denied for that application year at this time.
