Utah Valley University MBA Out-of-State Tuition Waiver

Even as a non-Utah resident, you may qualify for in-state tuition at UVU.

This new offer, just announced by the Utah State Legislature, is being offered for a limited time, and students must meet the following requirements to qualify for the non-resident (out-of-state) reduced tuition program.


  • 3.2 or higher undergraduate GPA
  • 560 GMAT score or higher
  • Students must be accepted in the MBA graduate program.


  • Time in Utah may count towards Utah residency.

Merit-based, one-year, non-resident waiver

  • Recipient of the waiver will pay the resident tuition rate.
  • Students may be able to become Utah residents during the first year of the program.
