Harvard Business Publishing Online Courses

The Harvard Business Publishing online proficiency courses may be taken by students if their prerequisite courses for Finance and Business Statistics were taken more than five years ago, or if they haven't yet met the requirement, prior to admission to the MBA program. All proficiency courses must be completed prior to the beginning of the MBA program with a grade "B" or better to meet the requirement.

The Harvard Business Publishing  online proficiency courses offer MBA students an effective way to prepare for the MBA program, via an interactive series of pre-MBA courses designed by experts in their respective fields of study. These quantitative courses help students prepare for the rigor of our MBA program. Graduate faculty strongly supports this initiative and will anticipate that all students have completed these courses when the fall semester begins.

Contact the MBA Office at mba@uvu.edu for the link to register for the Harvard Business Publishing proficiency courses at the discounted rate listed below. You may register to take these courses at any time.

You must pass each proficiency exam in each course with an 80% or greater to fulfill your admission requirement for these courses. You may re-take these courses until you achieve 80% or greater. To re-take these courses, please contact the MBA office. When you successfully pass the course, please submit your results to the MBA office at mba@uvu.edu so your provision may be cleared for fall admission. You must successfully pass the courses by August 10.
