I was thrilled to be teaching one of the first two classes—Business Ethics and Social Responsibility—as the first historic cohort of students started their journey through the UVU MBA program this past fall. I love teaching and have enjoyed facilitating valuable learning experiences for the MBA students. The key word is "facilitate" because I do not like to do a lot of lecture. I enjoy utilizing many types of teaching tools, techniques, and experiences that truly engage my students in the content of the course. These include engaging assignments, case studies, guest speakers and panels, video clips, debates, interactive quizzes, small group activities, class discussions, and more.”
