Event Staging Request Form

DO NOT SUBMIT THIS FORUM UNTIL YOU HAVE RESERVED THE ROOM THROUGH CAMPUS SCHEDULING. TO SCHEDULE A ROOM, CONTACT CONNIE BOND AT (801) 863-8883.

We provide media staging to the following rooms: LI 120, Timpanogos Room, Lakeview Room, CS 404, LA 101 and Canyon Park.

Our hours are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. Please call (801) 863-6700 with questions.
