Share Similarities. Value Differences. Live It.

The Multicultural Student Council (MSC) serves to promote and celebrate intercultural enrichment and diversity at Utah Valley University through programs and events, geared for all students of diverse populations*.  Through MSC programs and events, student leaders are able to promote academic success and strengthen student involvement.

By participating as leaders in the Multicultural Student Council, students learn to identify and advocate for those needs expressed by students of diverse populations*, while also finding resolutions and resources to address those needs. Through this, MSC members will be able to plan and implement meaningful programs and events, while also enhancing their interpersonal and leadership skills.

*We recognize that diverse populations include, but are not limited to: race/ethnicity, color, gender, national origin, age, religion, creed, disability, veteran's status, sexual orientation, gender identity or gender expression, and economic status.
