Melissa Hempel

Melissa has completed a Masters Degree in Museum Studies from San Francisco State University. San Francisco, CA, and a Bachelors degree in the History of Art and Visual Culture. Hempel has also worked at the Exploratorium San Francisco, CA; The California Historical Society; The Museum of Art and History in Santa Cruz, CA. She has also performed several internships. Hempel has experience in developing and conducting public outreach programs and symposia, exhibit curation, and grant writing.

Carlee Reed

Carlee comes to the museum with a Bachelor of Arts degree in History, and a minor in Anthropology. Carlee has three years prior experience as Registrar at the Museum of Peoples and Culture at Brigham Young University. She also worked as a Collections Member at Stratford Hall Plantation in Stratford, VA where she developed and established an Integrated Pest Management Policy. |

Jesse has an Associate Degree in Graphic Design and a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree. Her previous work earned awards for advertising, branding, packaging, and fine art. She was a 2009 UVU Recipient of Scholarly and Creative Opportunities Program Award. Jess brings over ten years of experience in graphic design, business advertising, branding and digital marketing, and a special interest in fine art. She is thrilled to be a part of promoting UVU's Woodbury Art Museum. |
