Application Requirements

NSE Application forms are available at the NSE office located in the Losee Center, Student Advisement   Support Services department, room LC 405a, or download and print the following NSE application for 2010-2011 exchanges. You must include with your application:

• A non-refundable application fee of $150
• A wolverine track printout
• Interview with the NSE Director
• Application must be complete with a reference form completed by:
  • Academic Advisor
  • Faculty / Staff member from UVU
  • One other person --- preferably your parent or guardian
