Description:
This partnership was developed with the intent of educating and updating Utah Valley University faculty members' technical skills and expertise in order to facilitate new opportunities for student internships and work experiences with industry in our service region. There are over 7 faculty and 300 student impacted by this program.

Description:
The purpose of this program is to provide educational opportunities and practical skills training for emerging chemistry research and development at US Synthetic. There are 3 faculty partners and 10-15 students per year that are impacted by this training.

 

BLM-Mohave Flora Checklist Grant

Description:
Through the creation of web resources, including an up-to-date website and checklist of the most common and well-documented native plants in the Mojave Desert Ecoregion, UVU students and faculty have  contributed to a list of the best native plants for BLM reclamation activities. In addition to this, through this partnership UVU has enhanced the research potential for a Virtual Herbarium website wherein students have increased opportunities to work with botanical professionals.

 

Breast Cancer Margin Detection Using High Frequency Ultrasound
