Teacher evaluations or Student Rating of Instruction (SRI's) for Spring 2009 will be open from 12:01 am on April 1, 2009 through midnight on April 30, 2009.  We encourage students to participate in this process so that faculty can continue to improve the quality of their courses.  If you would like to give feedback on the survey itself, please email sri@uvu.edu.  We are continually working with the software company that provides us this tool to improve it.

Instructions on how to complete the SRI:

Please follow these steps to rate an instructor for a course that you are enrolled in:

1. Login to UVLink using your UV ID and pin.
2. Make sure you are on the Student tab.  If you are not, click on the Student tab to navigate there.
3. You will see a UVLink channel in the upper-left portion of the page titled “Teacher/Course Evaluations”.
4. Click on the link “Complete your [semester] Teacher Evaluations”.
5. You will see a list of the courses for which you are currently registered.  The courses that are valid for evaluation will have an “Evaluate” link.  If you have already evaluated a course, or if you are registered for a course in a future semester, there will not be an “Evaluate” link.
6. A window with the evaluation survey will open when you click on the “Evaluate” link.  Please respond to each item on the survey.  Thoughtful comments are especially helpful to individual faculty.
7. Once you have responded to each item on the survey, you MUST click on the “Submit Evaluation” link at the bottom of the page to submit your responses.
8. You will see a confirmation of your responses.  You can print this page, if needed, and close the window.  To repeat the process click on the “Evaluate” link for another course.
