Installing Tandberg Movi
Installation
  1. Request the software from IT (it@uvu.edu)
  2. Once the software has been downloaded, locate the file and begin the installation. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation.
  3. Once you’ve installed the client, you will need to configure it.
    1. Open the client and click "Advanced" in the bottom right corner. You should see 4 blanks: Internal VCS, External VCS, Sip Domain and Transport. (The correct values to input in these fields can be obtained from IT):

  4. After the Movi client has been configured, you can log in and begin using Movi.
Using Movi
  1. You can choose the audio and video settings for Movi by opening the Settings panel by click on the Settings icon in the upper right corner of the Movi window:

  2. To add contacts, you can search for users using the search box, or by adding their contact information manually:

  3. When you wish to video conference with one of your contacts, click on the "Call" icon next to their user name:

  4. Movi will "call" your contact. Once they accept the call, you can begin your video conference:
