Favorite Quote:
You're braver than you believe, stronger than you seem, and smarter than you think. ~Christopher Robin

Piece of Advice:
Watch out for how much time you give yourself between classes and where the classes are located on campus. You don't want to be running up five flights of stairs across campus in only ten minutes.

Freshmen Mistake:
In my beginning ASL class, I was signing to a classmate "my wife had 7 of the 11 kids in our family." It wasn't for a few minutes, and the extremely confused look on her face, that I had realized what I said. I meant to say "my MOM had 7 of the 11 kids in our family". That was a train wreck and a half.

Piece of Advice:
Don't buy the textbook until you KNOW you will be using it in class. If you have to take the elevator on the 4th floor of the CS building, take the east one, hardly anyone uses it. ASK QUESTIONS! Take a step out of your comfort zone, you'll be surprised to see what's out there. Use the roofs to cut across campus. Participate in Wolverine Wednesday! Smile :) Fight for all that you know you deserve. And most importantly, be awesome!
