Failure to Yield to Pedestrian in CrossWalk - $57.00

If a pedestrian is in a crosswalk, and in your half of the roadway, you must wait until he/she exits from your half of the roadway. Also, if a pedestrian is about to enter your half of the raodway, while in a crosswalk, you must yield while they enter and wait until they exit the crosswalk before continuing.

This is a State Code (41-6-80.5) and a Class C Misdemeanor.
