Failure to Insure Vehicle - $405.00

In addition to the fine your vehicle will be impounded, you will be required to appear in court, and you lose your license. You must at least insure with liability which is usually $25/month or less.

This is a State Code (41-12A-302) and a Class C Misdemeanor.
