Operation of institution cafeterias, concessions, snack bars, vending machines, and related services shall be the responsibility of the institution Food Service, under the general supervision of the Food Services Director.
- Catering Services
The institution Food Service may provide catering services to both institution personnel and institution organizations, and to community special interest groups on campus. Off-campus catering must be connected to an institution purpose. Annual guidelines for the operation of such catering services shall be maintained by the Food Services Director and approved by the President's Council.
- Access to College Property by Food Service Vendors
No food service other than the institution Food Service shall operate on institution property except as contracted in writing by the Food Services Director. Annual guidelines for the operation of such food service vendors on institution property shall be maintained by the Food Services Director and approved by the President's Council.
- Use of Institution Food Service Facilities by Instructional Programs
Institution instructional programs may utilize institution facilities and resources as part of their training activities with written approval of the Food Services Director. Such activities may not be developed or promoted in competition with either the institution Food Service or commercial food service businesses.
