Who Should Take This Procurement Course?

This course is for you if your job requires you to do one or more of the following:

Enter or approve Requisitions

• You enter or approve Requisitions if you are authorized to use the Banner System to:
  • create Requisitions or
  • approve Requisitions.

Process Purchasing Card transactions

• You process Purchasing Card transactions if you are authorized to:
  • make purchases on a Purchasing Card or
  • review and approve Purchasing Card transactions.

Process Limited Purchase Check (LPC) transactions

• You process LPC transactions if you are authorized to:
  • make purchases with a Limited Purchase Check or
  • review and approve LPC transactions.
