The receiving area is responsible for receiving and dispersing deliveries to the school. All orders should be delivered to Receiving. This ensures that each delivery is properly documented. If a product ordered with a Purchase Order is delivered directly, without going through Receiving, please contact Receiving and let them know what you have received. This will ensure prompt payment to our vendors. The best way to report receiving information is to send an e-mail with a packing slip or other delivery documentation attached to Receiving@uvu.edu.
