Stanley Klemetson joined UVU in 2011 as an Associate Dean of the College of Technology and Computing. He is responsible for the School of Applied Technology and Construction, which also includes Pre-Engineering.  He was previously Department Head for the College of Engineering at McNeese State University and taught for 14 years at several universities.  He enjoyed working with student organizations.  He served in local and national professional organizations and published numerous articles in professional journals.  He has been the author or contributing author of several books on civil and environmental engineering topics. 

Dr. Klemetson worked for over 20 years as an owner, manager, or employee of civil and environmental engineering consulting companies, construction companies, city planning, and county engineering. He holds professional licenses as a civil engineer, structural engineer, land surveyor, and contractor.
