Research interests

Mathematics of medical diagnostics especially high-resolution DNA melting analysis; mathematical visualization; scientific computing; optimal design-variational & inverse problems;  mathematical fluid dynamics-singularity formation & nonlinear PDEs; math education. 

I collaborate with the Wittwer Lab for DNA Analysis in the Pathology Department at UUHSC.
