As Senior Director of Training and Professional Development at the Learning House (LH) in Louisville, Ky., Diane created curriculum for online faculty covering best practices in online course creation and delivery. This curriculum provided faculty with content and assessments delivered in three five-week online courses. She created a tool to assess the quality of faculty delivery of online courses, and trained 4,000-plus faculty members at more than 120 institutions of higher education on how to use the Moodle learning management system. In her tenure at LH, Diane established both a support department for handling technical issues for faculty and students, and a training department for preparing faculty to teach online.
