Jewels is from Sandy, Utah. She studied at BYU before serving an LDS mission in Bolivia and Peru. She has worked in two law firms and as a Client Relations Manager for a financial advisor before coming to The Center for the Advancement of Leadership. Her focus in CAL is to support the Assistant Director, the Advisory Board, and to manage the details of running the CAL office. She loves interacting with the students and watching them grow into amazing leaders, poised to go out and change the world! Jewels is an emcee for the Timpanogos Storytelling Festival, a mentor for the ChainBreaker Foundation and a candidate in the National Speakers Association. She enjoys playing Just Dance on the Wii with her kids, running the Provo River Trail and singing anywhere and everywhere she gets the chance. Movies and plays are her favorite forms of entertainment. And her claim to fame is that she can still do a headstand and the splits.
