•  Manage IT Services for the College of Techology & Computing
•  Hire, train, schedule and supervise IT Support Services employees
•  Conduct regular audits to monitor quality of service
•  Evaluate performance and guide employees in goal setting
•  Coordinate workflow to support T & C faculty, staff and students
•  Generate and maintain policies and procedures, goals and priorities; develop training modules and documentation
