Jill O. Jasperson has been teaching at UVU for 19 years. She is an Associate Professor of Legal Studies. Her expertise includes legal and business ethics, mediation & conflict resolution, business law, and consumer law, particularly usurious lending. She received her J.D. from J. Reuben Clark Law School in 1993. Jill has presented locally, nationally, and internationally on various legal subjects.
Her hobbies includes walking, dancing (She was on the BYU Ballroom Dance Team for several years) and outdoor activities. She is a mother to twelve adult children.
Because of her adaptability trait, traveling is a love and has taken her across the globe. She has lived in Japan and China. She has yet to explore several continents. She is looking forward to meeting new people and new areas in her quest to see the world, one piece at a time.
