RESEARCH INTERESTS:

I have a long-standing interest in the effects of supermax housing on prisoners. Also, I am interested in the effects of imprisonment on women. Currently I am examining the quality of life for death sentenced inmates and lifers. I am also collaborating with faculty and students at UVU on the effects on survivors of the German occupation of Guernsey during World War II.
