We live in a beautiful world. I love teaching about the earth and leading students to a greater understanding of the processes that shape the world in which we live. Science affects every day life in so many ways. I hope that all my students gain an understanding of how their lives are affected by the earth sciences.

                 In addition to teaching, I lead field trips to Rock Canyon on a regular basis. I have also planned and organized field trips to Catalina Island, San Diego, Death Valley, and Yellowstone.
 
Chemistry Lab Technician, Western Electrochemical Company, 2001-2002
Collected data and performed analyses using manual titrations, Atomic
Absorption, Ion Chromatography, Inductively Coupled Argon Plasma and UV Visible 
Spectrometer methods.
