Under the Supervision of the Telephone Services Director; program, install, and maintain over 3500 extensions and 5 remote PBX's of the campus telecom system. Assist the Director in management and maintenance of Telephone Services department including supervising employees, budgets, and billing. Assist in purchasing phone systems and equipment for use by administration, faculty, and staff on all campuses. Supervise, train, schedule, and evaluate TS personnel and campus employees in the campus telecom system. Maintain phone switch files and records, prepare reports, and maintain inventory of hardware and software.
