Teaching and Research Interests

Professor Welborn teaches classes in Computer Architecture, Compilers, Data Structures, Java, Discrete Math  and Software Engineering.  He is currently working on the development of new Database classes for the CNS department and will start teaching these classes in 2007.

While Professor Welborn's primary interests are in the areas of Artificial Intelligence and Robotics with a special interest in domain specific languages for robotics, he enjoys working with other professors in unrelated areas of Computer Science.  He is always looking for students interested in doing some research.  Your project does not have to be robotics related; just be motivated to produce a result.
