Sharon Bluth is the Assistant Director for Utah's Statewide GEAER UP Educational Program.  This program is a federal grant awarded to UVU in 2005, which serves low-income students by preparing them to enter and complete postsendary education.  She completed her BA in Psychology at the University of Texas -- El Paso.  She currently holds an M. Ed. in Educational Counseling.
