Ray Elder (b. 1974 in Lon­don­derry, North­ern Ire­land) has worked pro­fes­sion­ally as a graphic/interactive designer from Lon­don to New York and beyond.

Career high­lights include a Master’s degree with the Uni­ver­sity of Hud­der­s­field and the ATTIK (Hud­der­s­field, Eng­land), teach­ing full-time for two years with the BYU Depart­ment of Visual Arts (Provo, UT), brand­ing inter­na­tional com­pa­nies with Leonhardt:Fitch (Seat­tle, WA) and an intern­ship with Michael Bierut at Pen­ta­gram (New York, NY).

On August 2009 he joined the UVU Depart­ment of Art & Visual Com­mu­ni­ca­tions as an Assis­tant Pro­fes­sor of Graphic Design. As of July 2011 he serves as the UVU Graphic Design Pro­gram coordinator.
