Based on student perfomance feedback provided by faculty, the Early Alert and Midterm reports give advisors an at-a-glance look at their students who are at risk for failing a course, helping you to more effectively assist students in accessing the campus resources and/or coursework they need to successfully reach their college goals.

These reports are emailed to advisors at approximately week 8 in the semester. Use in conjunction with the Stoplight tool to prioritize your student outreach during non-peak times of the semester.
