4 Disciplines of Execution Training Program

The Small Business Development Center is offering a 2-day, Franklin Covey 4 -Disciplines Training Program designed specifically for small and medium sized businesses. This unique program teaches organizations how to identify dangerous gaps in their performance and provides functional tactics for closing these gaps.

After completing the two-day training and 10 hours of free counseling to help tailor the program to your company specific needs, if you feel that you have not received three times the benefit of your tuition by any measure you want to apply… top line income, bottom line impact, increased company capacity… you name it, we’ll adjust your tuition until that ratio is met. If you feel the class was of no value whatsoever simply return your class material with all notes and receive a full refund.
To attend this training, you must meet the following minimum requirements:
In business for two years or longer
$250,000+ in gross revenues
A passion to grow you company
The Founder, President, CEO or current GM must attend… whoever is in institutional authority to affect change (The attendance of all department heads is STRONGLY recommended)
The fee for the two day course is $1500. However, you may qualify for a up to 50% Tuition Grant. If qualified, your tuition could be reduced to $750 per qualifying attendee. This represents a 90% discount of the regular price charged by Covey for similar training. Please call for details.

The 4-Disciplines course will be taught by Mr. Winthrop Jeanfreau, MBA, and Director of the Utah Valley University Small Business Development Center. Mr. Jeanfreau has spent over three decades in entrepreneurial pursuits. As a founder of eight successful companies, Winthrop has developed a keen insight into what is required for a company to grow revenues, gain access to capital and flourish.Mr. Jeanfreau earned his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Utah with an emphasis in Business Management, and holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Oregon. Mr. Jeanfreau is a lecturer at industry conferences, and a guest lecturer at the Woodbury School of Management.
