UVU Department must have VP Approval to schedule specialty spaces.

*$25/hr Mon-Thur; $30/hr Fri-Sat for single lane

** $150/hr Mon-Thur; $180/hr Fri-Sat for all 6 lanes

** If game center is rented in conjunction with the Bowling  Alley it is 1/2 price.

*** All groups need to give 2 weeks advance notice and $50 nonrefundable deposit.  Included in the price is the use of the wall
        for 2 hr, harness and shoe rental and a designated staff person.  Additional staff belayers available at $15/hr.

Demonstration Kitchen Use - A deposit is required to cover any lost or borken items.  If you would like to schedule an instructor or have specific food provided, please contact Beka Brulich, beka.grulich@uvu.edu 801-863-8835.

Events with spectators can either pay a $5/person guest fee for access to the facility or $2/person spectator only fee.

A deposit of half the rental price is required.

No outside food allowed on campus. Food must be provided by Catering Services.

A $500 refundable deposit is required for a Quincenera

** Security needs to be schedule in minimum 30 days prior to the event. Security is required for many types of events including: Dances, athletic events, events with high profile attendees and event involving sensitive or controversial topics.

For off-campus sponsored events, not included above, a $3.00 per person fee will be charged for all set ups.  (This includes all buildings except the Sorensen Center, Student Life Building, and UCCU Center.)

Because Wasatch Campus is normally closed on Saturdays, all UVU organizations sponsoring or co-sponsoring events scheduled on Saturday will be charged a $30.00 / hour per custodian coverage fee.  Holidays and campus closures will be charged a $60.00 / hour per custodian.  Organizations will be charged for the actual hours worked by custodial staff (includes set up and clean up time).

All organizations providing food / beverage service in classrooms will be assessed a $50.00 clean up fee if custodial is required to provide any clean up that is not normally required in classrooms.

A $50.00 surcharge will be assessed to all organizations requesting resource delivery (tables, chairs, etc.) to offsite locations.  Offsite locations include Building L @ Canyon Park, Emergency Services Campus, Wasatch Campus.
